By using the Lemir Emergency Safety app and dashboard, you agree to the following terms:

1. Use of the Service

This app is a safety tool intended for emergency use. You agree not to misuse the SOS functionality by triggering false alerts.

2. Service Availability

While we strive for 100% reliability, the transmission of SOS alerts depends on your device's network connection, GPS signal, and battery level. We are not liable for failures caused by external factors.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your emergency contact list and ensuring you have the necessary permissions from those contacts.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that repeatedly abuse the emergency notification system.
