1. Information We Collect

Our app is designed to provide safety features. To do this, we collect the following sensitive data ONLY when an SOS alert is triggered (via button press or shake detection):

• Precise Location (GPS): To share your exact coordinates with emergency contacts and our command center.
• Camera & Photos: To capture a front-camera image of the situation for evidence collection.
• Audio Recordings: To record ambient sound during the emergency.
• SMS Data: To send automated distress messages to your pre-defined emergency contacts.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data exclusively to facilitate emergency assistance. The location, photo, and audio are transmitted to our secure Firebase database and shared with the individuals you have designated as emergency contacts.

3. Data Retention and Security

All emergency evidence is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Users have the right to view and delete their incident history through the Command Center at any time.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We DO NOT sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third-party advertisers. Data is only shared with emergency services or contacts as initiated by the user.

5. Permissions

The app requires background location access to ensure that SOS alerts can be sent even when the app is not in the foreground. You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings, but doing so will disable the app's safety features.
